As follows from the document published on the official portal of legal information, new housing on social rent will be provided to both tenants and owners of housing unsuitable for living. The law comes into force ten days after publication.
According to the current provisions of the Housing Code, only citizens living in emergency apartments on the basis of a social tenancy agreement can receive housing out of turn. The owners are deprived of this opportunity.
