“Exactly 18 years ago, that is, on February 14, 2006, the defendant was sentenced by the Leningrad Regional Court <...> to 15 years and 11 months of imprisonment in a special regime correctional colony. He was released from the colony upon his departure in June 2021,” the press service said.
