US Congressman Corey Mills said this in an interview with Newsmax.

He expressed the hope that this bill, when considered in the House of Representatives, “will turn out to be dead.”

According to him, the priorities of the Senate, which has already approved this law, are not related to the United States.

“They are focused on protecting foreign borders, including Ukraine, which, as we see, is mired in corruption,” Mills said.

Earlier, US senators voted for a bill to provide aid to Ukraine, Israel and Taiwan.

House Speaker Mike Johnson said that congressmen will not consider a bill to help Ukraine and Israel that does not contain provisions to tighten security at the border with Mexico.
