It is not specified under what article the minister is wanted.
Press Secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov previously clarified that Estonian Prime Minister Kaja Kallas and some officials from the Baltic countries were wanted for desecration of historical memory and for hostility towards Russia.
In addition to Callas, Estonian Secretary of State Taimar Peterkop was also put on the wanted list.
