The Ministry of Health in Gaza announced that the number of victims of the Israeli aggression had risen to 28,473 martyrs and 68,146 injured since the seventh of last October.

The ministry said that the occupation committed 16 massacres in the Gaza Strip, killing 133 martyrs and 162 injured within 24 hours.

The ministry stated that "there are still a number of victims under the rubble and on the roads, and the occupation prevents ambulance and civil defense crews from reaching them."

Amnesty International warned yesterday, Monday, of a real and imminent danger of genocide threatening the city of Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip, as there is nowhere for civilians to go to escape the bombing.

The international organization said - in a post on its account on the X platform - that the population of Rafah has multiplied five times since the start of the Israeli attack on Gaza on the seventh of last October.

The Israeli occupation army is preparing to launch a ground operation in Rafah, southern Gaza, after forcing residents of the northern Gaza Strip to seek refuge there to escape the battles in the northern and central Gaza Strip.

This comes as the Israeli war on Gaza entered its fifth month, causing “massive destruction and an unprecedented humanitarian catastrophe,” according to the United Nations, which led to Tel Aviv being tried for “genocide” before the International Court of Justice.
