Heavy fog, pay attention to the impact on maritime navigation; starting from the 13th, strong cold air will affect our country from west to east, pay attention to the impact of strong wind cooling and sand dust; starting from the 14th, there will be a strong snowfall in northern Xinjiang. Pay attention to the impact of the superimposed effect of early snowfall on transportation, tourism, facility agriculture, etc., and prevent disasters such as melting snow, avalanches, and falling ice.

Strong cold air will affect most areas of my country

  From the 13th to the 15th, due to the influence of strong cold air, the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River and its northern areas will experience northerly winds of magnitude 4 to 6 and gusts of magnitude 7 to 9 from north to south; temperatures generally drop by 4 to 8°C, with some areas The temperature dropped by 10 to 12°C in the region, with local temperatures above 14°C in the Northeast. There will be light to moderate rain and local heavy rain in Jianghuai, Jianghan, northern and western Jiangnan, western South China, Sichuan Basin and Guizhou; there will be light to moderate snow in parts of central Inner Mongolia and Northeast China.

  The Central Meteorological Observatory will continue to issue blue warnings for strong winds at 06:00 on the 13th. It is expected that from 08:00 on February 13 to 08:00 on February 14, there will be 5 to 6 level winds and gusts in some areas of central and western Inner Mongolia, southern Heilongjiang, central and western Jilin, central and northern Liaoning, eastern Xinjiang, central and western Tibet, and western Qinghai.   In addition, from the 17th to the 21st, a cold wave will affect most areas of my country from west to east and from north to south. The temperature will drop by 6~10℃ successively, to 12~16℃ in some areas, and above 18℃ locally; land wind force will be 4~7℃ Level, gust level 7~9, wind force 6~8 in the eastern sea area, gust level 9~10; there is floating dust or sand in western Inner Mongolia, western Gansu and other places; among them, from the 19th to the 20th, there was rain in Huanghuai, Jianghuai, and Jianghan It will turn to sleet or snow, with light to moderate rain and local heavy rain south of the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River; there will be local freezing rain in Huanghuai, Hunan, and Guizhou.

There is haze in Huanghuai, Jianghan and other places in North China

  On the 13th, atmospheric diffusion conditions were poor in central and southern North China, Huanghuai, northern Jianghuai, and Guanzhong in Shaanxi, with light to moderate haze and severe local haze. Starting from daytime on the 14th, due to the influence of cold air, atmospheric diffusion conditions in the above-mentioned areas improved, and the haze gradually weakened and dissipated.

Domestic detailed forecast for the next three days

  From 08:00 on February 13 to 08:00 on February 14, there will be light to moderate snow in some areas in central and northeastern Inner Mongolia, northwest Heilongjiang, Ili Valley in Xinjiang, and northern and eastern Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. There will be light to moderate rain in some areas in eastern Jianghuai, northern Jiangnan, southeastern Guizhou, and northern Guangxi. There are winds of magnitude 4 to 6 in some areas of Inner Mongolia, Northeast China, northern Hebei, Shandong Peninsula and other places (see Figure 3). Some areas of the Bohai Sea will have winds of level 7 and gusts of level 8.

  From 08:00 on February 14th to 08:00 on February 15th, there will be light to moderate snow or sleet in parts of southeastern Heilongjiang, central and eastern Jilin, northwest Xinjiang, eastern and southern Tibetan Plateau, and eastern Huanghuai, with localized Heavy snow (5-9 mm). There will be light to moderate rain in parts of the southeastern part of Northwest China, the eastern and southern parts of Huanghuai, Jianghuai, Jianghan, northern and western Jiangnan, the eastern part of Southwest China, and northern Guangxi. There are winds of magnitude 4 to 6 in some areas in central and western Inner Mongolia, central and southern Liaoning, central and southern Hubei, and northern Hunan (see Figure 4). There will be winds of magnitude 7 to 8 in the Bohai Sea, Bohai Strait, and most of the Yellow Sea, with gusts of magnitude 9.

  From 08:00 on February 15th to 08:00 on February 16th, there was light to moderate snow or sleet in parts of northeastern Inner Mongolia, northwest Heilongjiang, northern Xinjiang, southern and eastern Tibet, the western Sichuan Plateau, and northwest Yunnan. Among them, There were heavy to heavy snowfalls in some areas in northern Xinjiang, northwestern Yunnan and other places, with local heavy snowstorms (20-24 mm). There will be light to moderate rain in parts of most of the Jianghuai River, Jiangnan, eastern Southwest China, eastern Yunnan, northern and western South China. Inner Mongolia, Liaoning, Shandong Peninsula, northern Hunan, northern Zhejiang and other places have winds of level 4 to 6 (see Figure 5). There will be winds of magnitude 7 to 8 in the Yellow Sea, most of the East China Sea, and the Taiwan Strait, with gusts of magnitude 9 to 10.
