Deputy Secretary of the Russian Security Council Mikhail Popov stated this in an interview with the Izvestia newspaper.
According to him, this issue became even more pressing after the publication of the report of special counsel Robert Hur, in which he described Biden as “an elderly man with memory problems who, in many cases, has difficulty remembering basic facts and details.”
“And this person is the only person who can give an order to use nuclear weapons,” Popov emphasized.
Also, according to him, mistakes by the US leadership could lead to disaster.
Earlier, Vice President of the United States Kamala Harris, amid voters' concerns about Biden's age, said she was ready to serve as president.
