“Take measures to ensure the extension of the preferential mortgage lending program (at a rate of 2% per annum), operating in the territories of the Donetsk People’s Republic, Lugansk People’s Republic, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions, to the secondary housing market in these territories,” the statement notes.
This instruction was given following the results of a combined direct line and a large press conference.
Earlier, Deputy Head of the Russian Ministry of Finance Ivan Chebeskov said that the family mortgage will be extended, but it needs transformation.
