The Secretary-General of the Lebanese Hezbollah, Hassan Nasrallah, confirmed that the shooting from southern Lebanon will not stop until the aggression on Gaza ends. While cross-border shelling continues, two Israelis were seriously injured in the Kiryat Shmona settlement.

Nasrallah said in a televised speech on Tuesday, “Whoever threatens us with expansion of the war, we threaten him with expansion as well,” noting that “a strong Israel was a danger, but a fearful and deterred one poses a less dangerous and harmful situation to the peoples of the region.”

This comes amid news of a French proposal to stop mutual bombing between Hezbollah and Israel on both sides of the border.

However, the Secretary-General of Hezbollah said, "The political gains that are being waved at us from here and there will not affect us and will not make us stop the front."

He added that the delegations that came to Lebanon during the past months aimed to secure Israel and return 100,000 settlers to the northern settlements.

Hezbollah operations

On the ground, Hezbollah announced a series of operations against Israeli forces and sites today, including the bombing of an Israeli police building in the Kiryat Shmona settlement in response to attacks on villages and civilians in southern Lebanon, according to what the party said.

He added that his fighters also targeted two gatherings of Israeli soldiers in the Mitat barracks and in the Honen Castle in the Upper Galilee, in addition to spy equipment at the Hadab Yaron site.

The party also announced control of an Israeli "Skylark" drone, which it said was in "good technical condition."

On the other hand, Israeli Radio said that two people were seriously injured as a result of a missile fired from Lebanon falling on Kiryat Shmona.

The pictures showed the injured being evacuated from Kiryat Shmona, and the mayor called on its residents to evacuate immediately.

An Israeli drone crashes

For its part, the Israeli army announced that one of its drones crashed yesterday, Monday, in Lebanese territory due to a “technical malfunction,” and said that “there is no fear of information leakage.”

The army stated that it launched raids on infrastructure, military compounds, and a Hezbollah observation point in areas in southern Lebanon.

He explained that he targeted sites in Houla, Dibba Castle, Yaroun, Mays al-Jabal, Yarin, and Shihin, and that his fighters also bombed Hezbollah infrastructure in the town of Ramiya, and his artillery bombed several sites in southern Lebanon.

Hezbollah entered into a confrontation with Israel following the Al-Aqsa Flood operation on October 7th and the outbreak of the Israeli war on Gaza.

The occupation authorities were forced to evacuate tens of thousands of Israelis from settlements and towns near the border with Lebanon.

Israeli officials threatened to launch a massive military operation if a settlement was not reached that would remove Hezbollah fighters from the border beyond the Litani River, while the party waved a strong response.
