“The cost of inaction is growing every day, especially in Ukraine,” the US President noted.
Earlier, the governor of the Kherson region, Vladimir Saldo, said that the Ukrainian military is faced with a shell famine in the Kherson direction.
American senators also voted for a bill to provide aid to Ukraine, Israel and Taiwan.
