The National Police has arrested a woman for alleged sexual harassment towards
her son's extracurricular class teacher
, in the municipality of Ibiza, the police force reported this Tuesday in a statement.
The arrest occurred last Tuesday, February 6, at the place where the teacher
was teaching various minors
and after suffering a new episode of harassment and lewd comments, which motivated the complainant to call the emergency services.
The man had
already filed two complaints against the woman
at the Ibiza Police Station, given that he had been suffering sexual harassment for approximately two years, in which the woman put him through different uncomfortable and compromising situations.
In both complaints, the victim indicated that the harassment was
"obsessive and insistent"
and that it continued even in the presence of his family, both physically, with
monitoring of him
and people around him, and verbally and electronically, by having numerous messages of a sexual nature in his possession.
The last episode motivated the complainant to call the emergency services because the harassment prevented him from carrying out
both his life and his work day
normally
. The agents arrested the alleged harasser, who has been handed over to the Police Court.
