According to the United Press Service of the Courts of St. Petersburg, he is under arrest until April 9.

It is clarified that he is suspected of committing crimes under paragraphs. “a”, “c” part 2 art. 281 of the Criminal Code of Russia, paragraph “a”, part 3 of Art. 222.1 of the Criminal Code of Russia.

The investigation, substantiating the request for arrest, noted that the suspect could escape because he had purchased tickets to Yerevan in advance and also has military education, skills and knowledge.
