The diplomat said this during a Security Council meeting dedicated to the situation in Ukraine.
He emphasized that Western countries were well aware of what was actually happening in Ukraine since 2014 and what this could lead to, but did nothing to stop the trend.
“They hope that the neo-Nazi and Russophobic monster they have raised on our borders will be able to defeat or at least significantly weaken Russia,” Nebenzya emphasized.
Earlier, Vasily Nebenzya said that only the implementation of the Minsk agreements could establish peace in Ukraine.
