Stubb said this during a press conference, as quoted by Yle.

According to him, at the moment, relations between the two countries are maintained at a practical level between Finnish and Russian border guards due to the situation on the border, as well as at the diplomatic level.

“But there are no relations with Russia at the political level and there will not be until Russia stops its military operation on the territory of Ukraine,” he said.

Earlier, the Ministry of Justice of Finland, after counting 100% of the ballots, reported that former Prime Minister of the Republic Alexander Stubb won in the second round of the presidential election.
