The number of martyrs rose on the 128th day of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip to reach more than 28,176 martyrs, and the occupation forces committed 14 new massacres in the besieged Strip, amid mounting warnings of a catastrophic famine and deaths due to hunger in northern Gaza.

The occupation forces' attacks on Rafah intensified, at a time when international and regional voices were rising warning of a massive humanitarian catastrophe if Israel invaded Rafah, while the Hamas movement warned that any Israeli attack on Rafah would undermine the prisoner exchange negotiations, amid American news about US President Joe Biden approaching... Battles and losses of the occupation

Killing and wounding of Israeli prisoners

Al-Qassam Brigades - the military wing of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) - announced on Sunday that two Israeli prisoners were killed in the Gaza Strip and eight others were seriously injured, in an Israeli bombing of the Strip during the last 96 hours.

Al-Qassam added that the conditions of the prisoners are becoming more dangerous in light of the inability to provide them with appropriate treatment, holding Israel fully responsible for the lives of the injured due to the continued bombing and aggression against Gaza.

Netanyahu and Biden call 

US President Joe Biden and the Israeli Prime Minister held telephone conversations that focused on the possible military operation in Rafah and the release of prisoners, amid reports of increasing disagreements between the two sides.

Israeli Channel 12 said that Biden, in his call with Netanyahu, expressed his concern about the impact of a military operation in Rafah on the humanitarian situation, and stressed his point of view that the military operation in Rafah should not continue without a reliable and implementable plan, and the necessity of having a plan to ensure the safety and support of more than a million people. They took refuge in Rafah.

A senior US administration official said that Biden's call with Netanyahu lasted about 45 minutes.

This comes at a time when American media on Sunday quoted informed sources as saying that Biden and his aides are close to breaking with Netanyahu, indicating that Netanyahu is focusing on his political survival, ruling out any other goal.

Escalation in the West Bank

Iranian President Ibrahim Raisi called for Israel's expulsion from the United Nations, and said that "the war crimes being committed in Palestine are being carried out with the full support of the United States of America."
