China News Service, Beijing, February 11th Comprehensive news: On the 10th local time, the Israeli army continued to launch air strikes on the central and southern city of Rafah in the Gaza Strip. Israel's Rafah strike plan has attracted the attention of the international community, and many countries expressed their opposition on the 10th.

According to the official Palestinian news agency "Wafa", the Israeli army intensively bombed several houses in Rafah, resulting in the deaths of at least 25 people, including women and children.

"Wafa" statistics at around 14:00 on the 10th showed that in the past 24 hours, the Israeli army launched a total of 16 attacks in the Gaza Strip, resulting in at least 117 Palestinian deaths and 152 injuries.

According to CNN, the Israel Defense Forces said in a statement that the Israeli army killed three members of the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) in Rafah on the 10th, including two senior military personnel.

An Israeli official told CNN that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu hopes that the Rafah strike can be completed before the start of Ramadan on March 10.

According to Israeli media reports, Egypt stated on the 10th that it would not allow Palestinians to enter Egyptian territory after large-scale displacement. Egyptian Foreign Minister Shoukry said that due to the increasing population in the Rafah area and the military upgrade, the local accommodation space is limited and the risks are also high.

Saudi Arabia and Jordan called on the United Nations Security Council to intervene. Jordan's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriate Affairs Safadi said on social media that there can be no more bloodshed in the Gaza Strip, and the United Nations Security Council and the world must stop Israel's plan.

The UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a statement saying that the country is deeply concerned about the possible serious humanitarian crisis.

John Kirby, strategic communications coordinator for the National Security Council, said the United States opposed the operation unless there was a credible plan to protect civilians and their lives.

Borrell, the EU's high representative for foreign affairs and security policy, said reports related to Israel's military attack on Rafah are shocking. He said this would have catastrophic consequences, worsening the already dire humanitarian situation and increasing civilian casualties.

According to Reuters, the Israeli military said on the 10th that they had discovered a network of underground tunnels hundreds of meters long, partially located under the Gaza headquarters of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA), calling it a Hamas command center.

The Israeli army stated that the tunnel is 700 meters long, 18 meters deep, and has bifurcations. There are several rooms in the tunnel, which are used for offices, computers and industrial battery packs. Israeli military personnel said this was one of Hamas's intelligence units, but they had already evacuated and cut communication cables.

UNRWA Gaza Headquarters is located in Gaza City. The agency's chief commissioner, Lazzarini, responded on social media on the 10th that UNRWA does not know what is underneath the headquarters. They evacuated their headquarters on October 12 last year and are therefore not aware of any activities that occurred here since their departure and cannot confirm or otherwise respond to Israel's findings.
