As Acting Minister of Youth Policy of the DPR Kirill Makarov told TASS, before the republic joined Russia, the “Young Guard - Youth Army”, “Young Republic” and “People’s Squad” worked in the region.
“On the basis of these organizations, this year we want to open a volunteer rapid response headquarters, which will help eliminate the consequences of shelling, as well as conduct ideological work,” the agency’s interlocutor noted.
Previously, the Russian government allocated funds for payments to families whose children suffered from shelling by the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
