“The CIA fired an employee who said she was sexually harassed by a co-worker ... and who accused the CIA of trying to dissuade her from filing a criminal complaint,” NBC reported.

The woman’s lawyer called the dismissal an illegal attempt to take revenge on her client for damaging the reputation of the intelligence agency and attracting unnecessary attention.

At the same time, the CIA denied all accusations, noting that the employee was fired for failing to train undercover agents.

Previously, Marvel Studios fired American actor Jonathan Majors, who played Loki in the TV series, after a court found him guilty of assaulting his ex-girlfriend.

It was also reported that a junior assistant to one of the senators was fired from the US Congress after a scandal involving the filming of pornography in the meeting room.
