According to the department, a man registered at a psycho-neurological dispensary came as a client for an appointment at a center for psychological assistance, where, during a conflict with an employee of the center, he detonated an explosive device.
As a result of the explosion, a man died, a center employee and his relative were hospitalized with serious injuries.
Earlier it was reported that one person was killed and two more were injured as a result of the explosion of an unidentified device in the premises of the Psychological Assistance Center in Elista (Kalmykia).
