“The established mechanism of close interaction between the military department and the constituent entities of Russia can significantly reduce the time required for major repairs of military camp buildings and create favorable and comfortable living conditions for military personnel and members of their families,” the statement says.
It is noted that more than 35 million rubles were allocated for the overhaul of military camps in the Kaluga region in 2024.

According to him, the new format of interaction with the regions makes it possible to significantly optimize the work being carried out to update departmental funds, which has a beneficial effect on the living conditions of military personnel and members of their families in places of permanent deployment.
Earlier, the head of the Russian Ministry of Defense, Sergei Shoigu, said that the military construction complex in 2023 focused on creating the infrastructure of nuclear deterrence forces, improving airfields and the basing system of the Russian Navy.
