As stated in the material, 33-year-old Russian citizen Mikhail Tolokonnikov is wanted by Interpol on a “red notice”, which provides for arrest and deportation to Russia on charges of committing crimes related to drug trafficking.
He is currently in the Pattaya police department, after which he will be deported to Russia and appear in court.
