A young boy named Eden, nine years old, has been missing in the Landes since Thursday evening. The 1.45 meter child was entrusted to his father after leaving school. But only minutes later, Eden's bag and phone were found in a ditch. A call for witnesses has been launched.

His disappearance is worrying. Eden, nine years old, has not given any sign of life since Thursday evening. It was around 5:45 p.m. when the young boy was handed over by his mother to his father after leaving school. The couple is separated. According to information from Europe 1, only fifteen minutes later, the young boy's mother called the gendarmerie of the commune of Soustons in the Landes, worried, because her son's schoolbag and his phone were found in a ditch. “a gendarmerie patrol immediately went to the home of the child’s father,” a source close to the case told Europe 1. There, there was no trace of Eden or her father. 

Call for witnesses launched

The gendarmerie then took the disappearance of the young boy very seriously. A major search system is set up to find the little boy. Nearly thirty soldiers from the Landes gendarmerie were deployed, as well as a helicopter from the Bayonne air section, the gendarmes told Europe 1.

Later on Thursday evening, a call for witnesses was broadcast on social networks. Eden at nine years old, measures 1.45 meters, is dressed in black jogging pants, a gray-blue sweatshirt, black tennis shoes and a black jacket from the "Kaporal" brand. According to information released by the gendarmerie, the Souston minor could be on board a Renault vehicle, Clio model, black in color.
