As Taras Melnichuk, a representative of the Cabinet of Ministers in the Verkhovna Rada, said, during mobilization or during martial law, military registration and enlistment offices will be able to consider cases of administrative offenses around the clock and impose administrative penalties.

In addition, military registration and enlistment offices were allowed to keep records of conscripts, those liable for military service and reservists around the clock, as well as records of vehicles to be transferred to the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations.
