46 police officers on trial for the 1-O charges. The Barcelona Court has rejected the appeals of all parties and has ratified the decision of the Court of Instruction 7 to prosecute 46 National Police officers for their actions during the illegal 2017 referendum.

In this way, the court refuses to prosecute more agents - as requested by the accusations of Irídia, ANC and Òmnium - nor to file the case for the defendants, as requested by the defenses supported by the Prosecutor's Office.

The decision comes in the midst of negotiations for the approval of the Amnesty Law, which would also include the prosecuted agents.

Specifically, the Court considers that there is sufficient evidence of the crimes of injuries and crimes against moral integrity, due to the charges carried out to prevent the holding of the illegal independence referendum in various schools and institutes in Barcelona throughout October 1, 2017. .
