“We hope that relations will develop. There are prerequisites for this. Representatives of President Javier Miley’s administration have repeatedly, including in personal contacts with us, stated their readiness to build mutually beneficial interaction with Russia on a pragmatic basis,” the diplomat told RIA Novosti.
He expressed the hope that the words of the Argentine partners will not diverge from their actions.
Feoktistov also noted that Argentina did not confirm information about the planned transfer of Russian helicopters to Kyiv.
