Is the presidential majority in full swing? While Gabriel Attal and Emmanuel Macron try to complete the government team, François Bayrou has sparked a political storm. This Wednesday, he notably declared that he would not enter the government due to deep political disagreements. 

While since his acquittal in the affair of the European parliamentary assistants, his appointment was expected to the government, François Bayrou indicated to AFP on Wednesday that he would not be part of it in the absence of " deep agreement on the policy to follow. The words are strong and the consequences could be decisive for the presidential majority.

In front of his troops, Emmanuel Macron's historic ally goes even further. He denounced an approach of humiliation of the executive couple towards his party.
