As the Russian leader noted, domestic education needs to pay special attention to those subjects that form a full-fledged personality and a patriot of their country.
At the same time, Putin noted that Russia also needs good specialists.
“A patriotic attitude alone is not enough for a country to be successful; both are needed,” he emphasized.
