Kuleba said that Europe cannot compete with Russia in the military sphere

This statement was made by Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba at a press conference after a meeting with EU diplomacy head Josep Borrell.

“The scale of the conflict and Russia’s use of artillery has reached a level for which, let’s be honest, European warehouses and the defense industry were not ready,” RIA Novosti quotes him as saying.

According to US News & World Report, Russia ranks first in the ranking of countries with the most powerful armed forces. As Military Watch Magazine wrote, Russia has an anti-aircraft missile that has no analogues in the world, and produces more air defense ammunition than all NATO countries combined.

Also, former US Army intelligence officer Scott Ritter said that the Russian Armed Forces know the taste of victory and know how to win.
