RIA Novosti reports this with reference to the press secretary of the governor of the Kaliningrad region Dmitry Lyskov.

According to him, the process of paperwork is underway.

“A two-room apartment in a new house, renovated, in the Central District,” he noted.

Lyskov added that Katkov is now choosing furniture, the authorities will pay for it.

He also said that Katkov’s wife had arrived the day before. He left behind a son, daughter and granddaughters in Latvia.

Previously, Katkov told Ruptly that he was very worried because he was separated from his wife, with whom they had lived for 57 years.
