According to RIA Novosti, the photograph was taken in a representative office in the Kremlin.
The interview with Putin will be published on February 9 at 02:00 Moscow time. It will also be published on the Kremlin website in the morning of the same day.
Carlson's video on Platform X, in which he reports an interview with the Russian President, has already been viewed more than 100 million times.
