Counting votes in the elections in one of the centers of the city of Rawalpindi near Islamabad (Anatolia)

ISLAMABAD

- Today, Thursday, Pakistanis ended their voting to elect members of the National Assembly (Parliament) and members of the four regional parliaments in the country, specifically at five o’clock in the evening, except in some centers that were extended until the voters there finished their ballots.

Polling stations opened their doors at 08:00 local time, to select 266 deputies in Parliament from among 5,121 candidates, and to select 593 deputies in regional parliaments from among 12,695.
