“The court found Kiselyov guilty of the crimes he committed and sentenced him to 13 years in prison in a high-security penal colony,” the statement said.

It is clarified that Kiselyov himself contacted the SBU and offered his services. First, they ordered him to photograph infrastructure facilities in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, and then set fire to and blow up railway facilities in the region.

“In addition, Kiselyov collected and passed on to the SBU information about the location of Russian troops in the city of Khartsyzsk, Donetsk region, where he himself previously lived,” the statement adds.

Earlier, the Bryansk Regional Court sentenced a person accused of treason and arson of a Russian Railways relay cabinet to 13 years in prison.
