“The foreigner posted videos on his personal page on one of the social networks with calls for participation in the armed struggle against dissidents on the side of terrorist organizations,” the message says.
The man was taken into custody and a criminal case was opened.
Earlier, a court in the Vladimir region sentenced a native of one of the Central Asian republics to nine years in prison for assisting the terrorist organization Hayat Tahrir al-Sham*.
