Today, nearly 5,000 telephones have been granted by the courts to women victims of domestic violence or rape by their spouse or former spouse, common-law partner or partner bound by a civil solidarity pact, for a renewable period of six months, if the victim expressly consents, indicates the Ministry of Justice.
