Simonyan later commented on rumors about Carlson’s visit to Moscow with the words “God grant that this is true and that everything works out.” According to the magazine, in an interview with Putin on an American platform, “firstly, there is no need, and secondly, there is no benefit.”
“If someone wants to find Putin’s propaganda, it is not difficult to do so - there are a number of resources for this, including the satellite TV channel RT,” the journalists are confident.
Newsweek emphasized that the RT channel is available “in 85 million American homes.”
Earlier, Carlson said that the administration of American leader Joe Biden tried to prevent an interview with Putin from being organized.
American businessman Elon Musk called for the arrest of those representatives of the American establishment who advocate a similar measure against Carlson.
