Four months after the Hamas terrorist attack, Emmanuel Macron will chair a national tribute ceremony to the French victims at Les Invalides this Wednesday. A time of contemplation which does not escape controversy, in particular because of the presence of France insoumise deputies. Follow the ceremony live.

Four months to the day. Since the attack perpetrated on October 7 by Hamas terrorists against Israel, 42 French nationals have died. It is to honor their memory that Emmanuel Macron is chairing a national tribute ceremony at Les Invalides this Wednesday. 55 families of victims will be present, some coming especially from Israel with a message not to forget the hostages still in the hands of terrorists.

Despite its solemn character, this tribute does not escape controversy: the France insoumise elected officials, who refused to qualify Hamas as a terrorist organization, have in fact confirmed their attendance at the ceremony. A presence which angers certain families of victims and which makes Intelligence fear possible unrest. Follow the ceremony live.
