This was reported by the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Irkutsk Region.
“On one of the city streets, a naked man set fire to a car. A few hours earlier, police recorded an arson attack on an apartment in the Berezovy microdistrict of the Irkutsk region,” the report says.
He also visited an office space, where he tried to set furniture on fire.
Earlier, the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Irkutsk Region stated that a teenager was detained in Irkutsk who came to an educational institution with an air pistol and also brought two friends with him.
