“The Bandera part of the Ukrainian diaspora, which is led by the main Russophobic structure here – the Canadian Ukrainian Congress, and Canadians who are not indifferent to the Kyiv regime often behave aggressively,” the diplomat said.

As an example, Stepanov cited the creation of obstacles to the entry and exit of diplomatic vehicles, unauthorized photography of license plates and passengers in the cabin.

Earlier, Stepanov said that the request for extradition to Russia from Canada to prosecute former SS soldier Yaroslav Gunka for genocide of USSR citizens was transferred to the competent authorities of the country.
