China News Service, Guangzhou, February 5 (Reporter Cai Minjie) With the smooth placement of the last prefabricated beam, the TJ02 section of the Nanzhong Expressway, a major transportation infrastructure project in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, was recently completed, providing a follow-up to the Nanzhong Expressway. The opening to traffic laid the foundation.

The Nanzhong Expressway is located in the core of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. The main line starts from the Nansha Port Expressway Xinken Interchange and ends at the Zhongjiang Expressway. It is connected to the Guangzhou-Macao Expressway Xinlong Interchange. The route is 21.6 kilometers long. The project branch line connects the main line and the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Expressway. , connected with the Shenzhen-Zhong Passage at Wanqingsha Interchange, with a route length of 10.7 kilometers.

The Nan-Zhong Expressway and the Shenzhen-Zhong Corridor form a Y-shaped road network, connecting Nansha and northern Guangdong to the north, Zhongshan and Jiangmen to the west, and quickly connecting Shenzhen and Hong Kong to the east, which is conducive to promoting the comprehensive network development of the Greater Bay Area.

The bidding section contracted by China Railway Bridge Bureau is the project's pilot project, with a total length of 4.211 kilometers. The starting point of the bidding section is located in Nansha District, crossing Hongqili Waterway, Shazaijiao, Erjiaoli and other waterways to the west, and ends at Minmin Town, Zhongshan City , including Hongqimen Bridge, Shazai Rong Bridge and Erjiao Li Bridge, a total of 13 bridges and corresponding approach bridges, accounting for 100% of the total bridges.

Among them, the main tower of Hongqimen Bridge is constructed using a fully automatic hydraulic climbing formwork system. After the two limbs of the main tower are closed, they gradually tilt outward to form a "flower bloom" shape. The pair of hydraulic climbing formwork rails are changed in the air. A bigger challenge has come. The project department optimized the straight track into an arc track that fits the line shape of the main tower, which not only shortens the construction period of each section, but also effectively ensures the operational safety of high-altitude construction of the tower columns. The maintenance of the main tower adopts an intelligent spray system. This system monitors the temperature and humidity of the tower column surface. When the temperature is too high or the humidity is too low, the system will automatically spray and maintain the tower column, fully realizing on-site automated and intelligent management. .

The TJ02 contract section of the Nanzhong Expressway is located in the Nansha Wetland in Guangzhou. It not only has the largest mangrove plant community in Guangzhou, but is also a migration site for migratory birds in autumn and winter. Many parts of the project span water resources protection areas and mangrove protection areas, and construction environmental protection requirements are strict.

During the construction process, the project department took various environmental protection measures to control the discharge of construction noise, dust and wastewater, and minimize the impact on the surrounding environment. At the same time, we also utilize resources and rationally plan the purchase and use of materials and equipment to maximize the use of resources. (over)
