This statement was made by Russia's permanent representative to the organization Vasily Nebenzya at a meeting of the UN Security Council.

According to him, Johnson “rushed” to Kyiv in April 2022, when the agreement between Russia and Ukraine was almost ready and only had to be finalized.

“Johnson is an accomplice in the crimes of the Kyiv regime and responsible for the deaths of tens of thousands of young Ukrainians on the battlefield, whose lives could have been saved if the treaty had been signed and if it had not been forbidden by your British and American colleagues,” the permanent representative said.

He also said that Ukrainian militants have become “brutal” to such an extent that they carry out terrorist attacks on Russian territory almost every week.

In addition, Nebenzya noted that Kyiv refused the demand to conduct an international investigation into the Il-76.
