The report notes that the incident occurred on the evening of February 5. A woman and child were taken from an apartment located on 8 March Street. A criminal case was opened into the incident.
“Investigators and criminologists inspected the apartment, questioned witnesses, and carried out a set of investigative actions aimed at establishing all the circumstances of the incident,” the press service reported.
Earlier, in the Moscow region, a woman and five children were poisoned by carbon monoxide while preparing dinner in an apartment.
