The man was engaged in sole management of activities for organizing recreation and health improvement for children in the sports and tourist complex “Chemal Lagoon”, and, according to investigators, from July 30 to August 3, 2023, the accused committed multiple violations of sanitary and epidemiological rules in the catering department and hotel, which resulted in negligence resulted in mass infection of 16 children who came from Novosibirsk for a sports session, as well as nine workers of the complex, with an intestinal infection.
Currently, there is no threat to the life and health of minors and adults.
