According to Gladkov, this primarily concerns the support of small and medium-sized businesses in the Shebekinsky urban district, which suffered the most from shelling from Ukraine.

The authorities have already allocated 250 million rubles from the regional budget for these purposes; payments began this week, but this, as the governor notes, is not enough.

There is also a need for assistance to the affected residents who have no access to their homes. The issue of accelerating the procedure for creating a free economic zone for Shebekin enterprises was also touched upon.

The first decisions will be made at the next meeting of the Russian government, the head of the region is sure.

On February 5, Vyacheslav Gladkov met with Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu. They discussed the situation in the region and measures taken to ensure the safety of residents.
