  Wei Panpan was born in Chiayi City, Taiwan. She once worked in the motel industry in Taiwan. After 2016, due to the decrease in mainland tourists and the fact that she learned from friends that the mainland has a good business environment, she decided to look for development opportunities in the mainland.

  In 2016, Wei Panpan "landed" in Shanghai for development. During this period, I met and fell in love with Mr. Wang Long from Anhui. Later, due to the epidemic, they came to Anhui from Shanghai in 2020, got married and had children in Anhui. Adhering to the original intention of bringing Taiwanese food to more compatriots on both sides of the Taiwan Strait, the two decided to start a business in Fanchang District, Wuhu City, Anhui Province, and develop cross-strait fusion prepared dishes.

  "I found that the mainland's pre-prepared dishes have endless potential and the development market is very large. There are still relatively few people in Anhui making pre-made dishes. We feel that pre-made dishes are a blue ocean." Wei Panpan said with a smile that she is the first person to eat crabs. The dish was a great success after its launch. On this basis, after three months of careful research and development last year, she launched a new product "Abalone Wuhua Chicken". The two products are currently mainly used for restaurant banquets and as souvenirs for New Year's Eve dinners. The current daily order volume Continuously, this year’s revenue hit 20 million yuan.

  In Wei Panpan's view, both sides of the Taiwan Strait share the same origin and have similar food cultures. "I think ingredients are very important when making food. We carefully select ingredients and bring some of Taiwan's pre-prepared dish technology and experience to the mainland, integrating them with the good local ingredients in Fanchang, Anhui, to create a taste that is acceptable to both sides of the Taiwan Strait. .
