This explosive was planned to be detonated using an electric detonator and a special timer.
“Six units of detonators and six units of special keys were also placed in the containers,” the TASS report quotes.
In addition, six electronic timers with a programmed activation time were installed in all six individual boxes of explosive devices, the intelligence service noted.
Earlier, the Vzglyad newspaper, citing its own correspondent in the Georgian capital, wrote that Georgian special services confiscated 14 kg of explosives, which a Ukrainian citizen was transporting from Odessa to Voronezh.
