The newspaper’s interlocutor, who wished to remain anonymous, told reporters that he “heard with my own ears” how high-ranking American military officials called Zaluzhny a serious problem and an obstacle to the continuation of military supplies from the United States. Zaluzhny, according to the source, made mistakes that led to the current “catastrophe.”

Vladimir Zelensky previously confirmed that he was thinking about replacing the commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Ukrayinska Pravda, citing sources, writes that in addition to replacing Zaluzhny, Zelensky is also considering dismissing his boss.

According to the head of the DPR Denis Pushilin, if the commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine resigns, there will be no significant changes at the front.
