  • Pilar Rubio and Sergio Ramos relationships: a strong family argument and a Christmas tree to settle the rumors

Sergio Ramos and Pilar Rubio have made a real estate decision. The couple has put their mansion in La Moraleja up for sale, thus shelving their time in Madrid. The house, known as 'La Alegría' farm, is located in one of the areas with the highest per capita income in the country, in the La Moraleja neighborhood in Alcobendas.

It has been put up for sale for 6 million

euros according to the

Idealista real estate portal.

A dream for luxury lovers, where Sergio Ramos and Pilar Rubio lived a large part of their love story.

The house has nothing more and nothing less than 1,000 square meters on a 2,500 m2 plot of land. A space distributed in several designer rooms such as four bedrooms with their own bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen,

and an open-plan living room with access to a huge covered terrace,

and two swimming pools (one in the garden with a tropical feel and with Balinese beds, and another heated inside with a countercurrent swimming system).

It has rooms dedicated to leisure such as a large cinema room and a bar. It

also

has a house for guests and cleaning staff.

It includes a large space for sports with a private gym and an area with a Turkish bath, as well as a sauna with capacity for several people.

One of the strong points is that it is a home that is designed as a smart home, that is, it has integrated home automation and an elevator for greater comfort and security. Through integrated home automation systems, you can control the temperature and

ensure safety thanks to the different control systems

.

Another of its great advantages is privacy both inside and outside. Outside it is protected with surveillance equipment, and a security gate that prevents outsiders from entering the property. In fact, you can only access the area with authorization from the owners. Inside, there are also safes and a panic room,

a space that makes entry very difficult for thieves.

It should be noted that this is the first house of the media couple and

where they lived as a family for many years, before heading to Paris.

And although the reasons for the sale of the property are unknown today, everything seems to indicate that living in the capital is not in the future plans of the former Real Madrid player and the presenter. Not in vain this sale could bring the player a return of 300%, granting him around 4.5 million euros,

taking into account that when they acquired the property they completely renovated it.

At the moment, as reported by the same real estate portal, the property has been deregistered, although it remains to be seen if it has managed to sell it,

or if it will be advertised in a more private way.
