The new Pro 12 and Pro 12+ smartphones are based on the same design style (Realme)

Realme announced the launch of the new 12 Pro series of mid-range smartphones, which feature a unique design, modern Qualcomm processors, and a screen with an image activation rate of 120 Hz, according to the German News Agency.

The Chinese company explained that the new Pro12 and Pro12+ smartphones rely on the same design style, which was developed through cooperation with a luxury watch designer, and features a round camera unit with a golden frame, with a leather texture on the back side inspired by traditional watch bracelets.

The technical equipment package of the new Realme Pro 12+ smartphone includes a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 processor with a 4 nm architecture, a 6.7-inch AMOLED screen with a resolution of 2412 x 1080 pixels, an image activation rate of 120 Hz, and a degree of brightness. Maximum 950 nits, and the Chinese company integrated the fingerprint sensor into the screen inconspicuously.

Realme is promoting the new smartphone through the triple camera unit on the back side. The 64-megapixel telephoto camera works with a ½-inch O sensor and 3X optical zoom.

The ultra-wide-angle camera has an 8-megapixel resolution, and the main camera has a 50-megapixel resolution, in addition to a 5000 mAh battery, which is recharged via a USB-C port with a capacity of up to 67 watts.

The new Realme Pro12 version is based on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 processor with a 32-megapixel telephoto camera, a 50-megapixel main camera, a Sony sensor and a 2X optical zoom.

The new Realme phones are based on the Realme UI 5.0 operating system, which is based on Google's Android 14 operating system.
