North Korea's state-run news agency reported a negative commentary, saying that the South Korean military has been conducting joint drills with Japan, the United States, and South Korea one after another since the beginning of the year.

Last month, the South Korean military said it was improving its ability to respond to North Korea by conducting joint training with Japan and the United States, as well as independent training, with the participation of a nuclear-powered aircraft carrier from the United States.

Regarding this, North Korea's state-run Korean Central News Agency published a commentary on the 5th, asserting, ``Various war exercises risk completely ending the weak fate of the Republic of Korea.''

In addition, when South Korean Defense Minister Shin Won-sik (Shin Won●) inspected air force units last month, he said, ``If the Kim Jong-un regime chooses to start a war, it must eliminate the enemy's leadership. ``We must be the vanguard to signal the end of the regime,'' he said, ``In a relationship between hostile countries, such abusive language can become a catalyst for physical conflict.''

North Korea has shifted its policy toward viewing South Korea as a hostile nation rather than a target for unification, and has launched cruise missiles against South Korea an unusually high frequency of four times in the 10 days ending on the 2nd of this month. We are strengthening our confrontational stance.
