Margarita Simonyan recalled that people in Lisichansk were killed from the American HIMARS

“It's yours, America, HIMARS killed people. It’s you, America, who is doing this,” Simonyan said.

According to her, in Lisichansk people simply came on Saturday to “eat buns and drink coffee with their families,” but became victims of an American rocket launch.

“Why are you, America, once such a Christian America, with absolutely Christian ethics once America, denying the search for happiness, freedom and life to these people who live there? And all they want is to live the way they want. At least remember yourself, America, and wake up,” said the editor-in-chief of RT.

Lisichansk came under fire from the Ukrainian Armed Forces on the evening of February 3. The impact killed 28 people, including a child.

The search and rescue operation in Lisichansk has ended.

Ombudsman of the Lugansk People's Republic Victoria Serdyukova said that she would send information about the shelling of Lisichansk by the Ukrainian Armed Forces, victims and injured people, to the UN and the International Committee of the Red Cross.

Rodion Miroshnik, Ambassador-at-Large of the Russian Foreign Ministry on the crimes of the Kyiv regime, called the shelling of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Lisichansk a deliberate war crime.
